The bride and groom must obtain a Florida Marriage License to get married in Florida

Florida Marriage License - ( List of Clerk of Court Florida ) In Pinellas and Hillsborough County the Bride and Groom nee to go to the local courthouse and present valid ID. There is a 3 day waiting period to get married for Florida Residence. We offer online marriage premarital course that will allow you to avoid the marriage waiting period. No waiting period for out of State Residence who wish to get married in Florida.
